IMMUNITY TONIC BROTH
Boost your immune system with this herbal broth.
Enjoy as a soup on its own, use as a broth base for making a soup recipe, or simply strain and drink. Stay strong and healthy everyone. ⚡️
Ingredients:
4 TBSP dried astragalus root
4 TBSP dried nettle leaf
4 TBSP dried calendula flowers
2 TBSP dried chopped dandelion root
1-2 ounces fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic
4 ounces fresh shiitake or maitake mushrooms (We used white button as we had in stock)
More veggies (optional)
4 quarts water
Directions:
Tie dried herbs in a cheesecloth
Clean and chop fresh herbs and mushrooms
Add all to a big pot with water and simmer 45 mins
Enjoy as a soup on its own, use as a broth base for making a soup recipe, or simply strain and drink.
