Mushroom Energy Bites

We are spending this week in the kitchen crafting up immune boosting herbal remedies, giving gratitude for the small things, moving our bodies (with an at-home yoga and meditation practice), taking online education classes, reading books and catching up with loved ones via video.

MUSHROOM ENERGY BITES //

A quick & easy energizing treat to boost your immune system. Lion’s mane supports your brain function and Chaga supports your immune system. Substitute with nuts, CBD or powders you have in your pantry. 🍵 Recipe makes 12-14 bites.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups GF rolled oats
1/2 cup nut butter (we used creamy almond butter)
1 scoop vegan protein
1 Tbsp MCT Oil (sub NOVA to make these CBD infused)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp mushroom coffee (we used @foursigmatic lion’s mane & chaga)
pinch of sea salt
To blend first:
4 chopped dates
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup pepitas
1/4 cup cashews

Directions:
Pulse nuts & dates in blender or food processor to make fine.
Combine with all other ingredients.
Form into 1” balls.
Freeze 30mins to retain shape.
Enjoy your energizing snack!
Store in fridge.
