How to Use:
The entire experience of consuming NOVA should make you feel good.
Shake well.
Fill dropper desired amount (1 full dropper = 20mg CBD).
We recommend starting with 1/4 dropper at 5mg CBD. Adjust dose as needed to find your sweet spot.
Hold under tongue for 30 sec.
This is so the oil can be absorbed into your mucuous membrane allowing higher efficacy and potency as opposed to passing through your digestive tract.
Use these seconds to disconnect from the stress that is plaguing you, engage your senses and practice deep breathing.
Consume.
Repeat as needed (2-3x daily).
