IMMUNE BOOSTING SHOTS

Quick and easy 5-minute recipe to boost your immune system and give your body strength. Recipe makes 4 shots.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm water
2-3 tsp raw honey
Pinch of grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp or a splash of apple cider vinegar
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Small pinch turmeric
Small pinch black pepper
Small pinch cayenne pepper

Directions:
Add warm water and honey to cup and whisk or fork until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir & serve.
Recipe makes 4 shots.
