Lung Cleansing Tea
We are spending this week in the kitchen crafting up immune boosting herbal remedies, giving gratitude for the small things, moving our bodies (with an at-home yoga and meditation practice), taking online education classes, reading books and catching up with loved ones via video.

LUNG CLEANSING TEA //
A quick & easy tea with 6 ingredients to boost your immune system and cleanse your respiratory system. Recipe makes 1 cup.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
Sliced ginger root
1/4 tsp turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
Dash of cinnamon
1 Tbsp raw local honey
Directions:
Peel and slice ginger to thin slices.
Boil ginger, turmeric, black pepper, and cinnamon for 5 minutes in water.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. The longer you simmer, the stronger the taste.
While brewing, melt a dose of NOVA underneath your tongue for 60sec for maximum absorption.
Breathe.
Strain and pour into your cup.
Add honey and stir.
Sip and enjoy!
