Luna Volta may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. All products may or may not be available in your area. Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Policy

RETURNS

Luna Volta does not currently accept returns.

REFUNDS

All Luna Volta website sales are final. Luna Volta does not currently offer refunds for products purchased through Luna Volta website. Luna Volta product(s) purchased from a salon, spa, boutique, beauty supply store or other participating retailer are subject to the store's own return/exchange policy. 

REPLACEMENTS

Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hrs of delivery. Please contact us with a full description of the damages to the product(s).
